Do you feel stuck?  Maybe you’re struggling with relationship patterns, seeking more pleasure in your life, or looking for an overall feeling of joy?  I woke up one day and realized the depths of my stuckness, so I dove in and took myself on a journey of discovery.  I peeled (and continue to) apart layer after layer of myself seeking the true essence of who I am.

 

I found her–all of her.  I found pieces I loved.  I found compassionate pieces, child like pieces, I even found rageful, dark pieces.  As I discovered each piece, I invited her in, I got to know her, nourished her.  I loved her with the unconditional love that a person can only receive from themselves.  

 

I was supported through practices and meditations.  I was witnessed and celebrated in a group of female and gender non conforming humans as I allowed my heart to crack open.  I trained with women throughout the globe as we learned to have love and compassion for ourselves and we also learned to hold a container of love and compassion for others seeking the same levels of desire, pleasure, joy and gratitude.  

 

This work may not always feel easy, but the journey can be dripping with the most luscious outcomes.  I am grateful for the opportunity to share my work with you.
